Google Chrome will offer to translate websites to English by automatically popping up the option on non-English websites.

Chrome will actually offer to translate to the first language you specify in the Language setting where English is normally the default.

The Translate this page?'s Options button will allow you to select the followings:

  1. Always Translate <Language>
  2. Never Translate <Language>
  3. Never Translate This Site
  4. Change Languages

You can either translate the website, or just completely disable automatic language translation in Google Chrome.

Disable language translation in Google Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome's Setting page by going to chrome://settings from the URL bar.
  2. Scroll down and click on Advanced at the end of the page.
  3. Go to the Languages section click on Language text to unfold the options .
  4. Click on the option switch to the right of Offer to translate pages that aren't in a language you read at the bottom of the section.
